- This glossary is my personal collection of English medical phrases translated to Hebrew, and Hebrew medical phrases translated into English.
- I have been collecting these phrases since I began translating medical texts.
- I use these phrases in my daily work.
- This glossary is intended for advanced translators of Hebrew and English medical texts and is not intended to replace any on-line dictionaries, machine translators or AIs.
- This glossary is not intended to provide medical or health advice. Neither is it intended as a legal resource.
- The glossary includes over 10,000 phrases, many of which are not easily found in available on-line or hardcopy resources.
- The glossary does not provide simple terms that can be easily found elsewhere.
- This is an ongoing project. New phrases are added periodically and older ones are updated, as needed.
- Some entries include word frequencies, provided by popular search engines. It should be noted that the actual true frequencies are unknown and that the results should be considered only as rough estimates. I update the frequencies periodically.
- A question mark, ("?"), appears next to a translation that is not final.
- An ellipsis, ("..."), can appear in place of a proper name.
- There is no fee for the use of this glossary.

- המונחון הוא אוסף אישי של מונחים רפואיים באנגלית המתורגמים לעברית, ושל מונחים רפואיים בעברית המתורגמים לאנגלית.
- אני אוסף את המונחים מאז שהתחלתי בתרגום תוכן רפואי.
- אני משתמש במונחים האלה בעבודה היומיומית שלי.
- המונחון מיועד למתרגמים מתקדמים שעוסקים בתכנים רפואיים בעברית ובאנגלית ואין מטרתו לבוא במקומם של מילונים מקווים, מכונות תרגום או בינה מלאכותית.
- המונחון אינו מיועד לספק חוות דעת רפואית או בריאותית. כמו כן, הוא אינו מיועד לשמש כמשאב חוקי או משפטי.
- מעל ל-10,000 מונחים וביטויים מופיעים במונחון. רבים מהביטויים והמונחים אינם כלולים במשאבים מקוונים או מודפסים.
- מונחים פשוטים שאפשר למצוא בקלות במקורות אחרים אינם מופיעים במונחון.
- המונחון אינו פרויקט מוגמר וסגור. מדי פעם נוספים מונחים וביטויים חדשים ומונחים וביטויים ישנים מתעדכנים, לפי הצורך.
- מונחים מסוימים כוללים שכיחות מילות מפתח, כפי שמתקבלת ממכונות החיפוש המקובלות. יש לציין שהשכיחות המעשית האמיתית אינה ידועה ושיש להתחייחס אל התוצאות כהערכות גסות בלבד. מדי פעם אני מעדכן את השכיחויות.
- סימן שאלה, (״?״), מופיע בצד תרגום לא סופי.
- נקודות פסיק, (״…״), מופיעות במקום שם ייחודי.
- השימוש במונחון הוא ללא תשלום.
